Guaranteeing SEO Result- A Myth

While there are many myths regarding search engine optimization, one of the most common SEO myths is the guarantee of first page results for chosen keywords or phrases. Regardless of how frequently this guarantee may be touted, it’s important to recognize that this is just a myth. No Seo Company can reliably make such a guarantee. There are only 10 spots available on the first page of any search engine results. With such a limited number of slots available, there naturally is a tremendous amount of competition. Furthermore, it would be irresponsible of any SEO Agency to claim it could help you achieve first-page search engine rankings when those results are determined by a third party; in this case, the search engine itself. The algorithms used to determine search engine results placements change frequently. Even Google has stated that no one can guarantee a first page ranking on its search engine. Any individual or SEO Agency that promises it can help you achieve first page rankings is being dishonest.

Search engine optimization is not simply a one-time activity that can achieve the results you want and be left alone. Unfortunately, many people make the mistake of thinking they can actually finish the SEO for their site and never have to worry about it again. Instead, SEO is an ongoing process that must be managed in an active manner. As competition increases, it becomes vital for companies to engage in SEO continually. Doing so is critical to establishing a growing online presence.

It should also be recognized that search engine optimization is not just about rankings. Your goals for Search Engine optimization Services should also be to increase engagement, traffic, and conversations. This cannot be accomplished by simply focusing on your website’s position in search engine results. While it is true that achieving a position on the first page of SERPs can result in increased traffic to your website, the goal should not simply be to achieve the top spot.

Of course, there are some shortcuts you can take to give your website a quick boost in the SERPs. Among those is pay-per-click advertising. Some limitations should be recognized with PPC advertising, however. While you might obtain a boost using PPC, it will not last unless you continue funneling money into your PPC budget. This is certainly not to say that PPC advertising is a bad approach. It can be quite valuable. However, pay-per-click advertising should never comprise the entirety of an SEO campaign, nor should it be relied upon to achieve a number 1 ranking on search engine results pages for the long term.
